Which insurance’s does the office accept?
The office accepts a variety of traditional insurances including Delta Dental, MetLife, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our office does not belong to any networks, but please call and double check because many insurance plans allow you to go in and out of network.

Does the office accept Medicaid?
We accept Healthy Kids Dental and MiChild Dental, but do not accept straight Medicaid.

Is Dr. Polisuk accepting new patients?
Yes, Dr. Polisuk is always accepting new patients. Just give the office a call and we will be happy to find an appointment that works for you.

How long is the wait if I have a toothache?
Generally we are able to schedule same day appointments for our patients that are experiencing a toothache.
